CTS is an Automated Process

CTS is designed to support the automated read/comment/modify process associated with project management and peer reviews of documents, reports and memos. Concept of operations enables reviewer, comment evaluator and third party consultant to use the CTS as a common means of information review, transporting and recording. CTS is especially useful when documents are subject to review by a large and diverse group of reviewers such as standards peer reviews, integrated product team documentation review, and government procurement activities (RFQs, RFPs) where questions, comments and recommended changes are highly likely.

Current CTS Applications

CTS is used by two U.S. Army Missile programs as a way to gather comments from Soldiers that have issues with the system design. The Army Program Manager along with the military /civilian IPTs, review the Soldier’s comments, looking for ways to improve the final design of the Weapon System.

SRS Technologies uses CTS to track their thin film work. SRS Technologies has licensed, and is making available for commercial applications, two polyimides developed by NASA; LaRC™-CP1 and LaRC™-CP2 .
